Andrew retired in 2022 after 40 years working in investment management. He was an executive director of Royal London, the UK’s largest Mutual Insurance

company for over ten years and CEO of their asset management division for twenty years. As CEO of RLAM he was responsible for more than three hundred

staff and assets under management of over £150 billion. He is a qualified Chartered Director.
