Help Us Build Croydon’s First Fully Accessible Rehabilitation Centre
Thousands of people in Croydon are living with long-term health conditions, disability, chronic pain, and the effects of stroke, injury, and illness — yet access to joined-up rehabilitation and hydrotherapy is extremely limited.
Continuing Community Care exists to change that.
We are working to create Croydon’s first fully accessible rehabilitation centre, with a hydrotherapy pool at its heart, alongside therapy rooms, accessible changing facilities, and spaces for recovery, movement, and wellbeing.
This centre will:
- Improve physical recovery and mobility
- Reduce pain, isolation, and dependence on acute services
- Support people to live independently for longer
- Provide affordable, inclusive access to rehabilitation in the community
This is not a “nice-to-have” — it’s a missing piece of local health infrastructure.
