Computer browsing information – Log data:
We do not store any of your browsing history when you are viewing our website.
Purchases on our website:
When you make a purchase on continuingcommunitycare.org your order details are stored on our secure back frame portal. We are able to track your order and ensure it is completed or not. In the instance of an incomplete order, we may use your personal details to contact you and assist you in completing your purchase. No CC information is stored at any time.

Web based request forms:
When you fill out the forms on our website (www.continuing communitycare.org), we store the data you send us. We may use this information to improve customer service and for marketing purposes. This data is NOT passed on to any third-party organisations and resides in secure web-based database.
In clinic forms:
When you visit any of our clinics for a 1:1 or group session you will fill out a standardised registration form. This form will collect the following details:
- Name
- Address
- Date of Birth
- Telephone Number
- Email address
- Condition & Symptoms
- GP details
- Private medical Insurance (PMI) details (if applicable)
The purpose of this information is to allow your clinician to ensure they manage your case with the relevant due care and consideration for your age, your requirements and your program. The PMI details are used to bill your insurer as appropriate or to communicate directly with them if appropriate. None of your information is passed to a third party unless under your explicit consent to release details.
Your PMI may ask for reports of your sessions but this will only occur with your consent.
You may request us to write a letter to a school, a consultant or another person of interest to you. In doing so we will use your name, DOB and relevant medical details on that letter. You will also receive a copy of the letter should you so choose.
E-mail use Policy:
Your email address will be added to our database and may be used for contacting you in regards to your sessions, your programs, CCC marketing campaigns, offers and other generalised information. If you do not wish to receive any of this information you can unsubscribe at any time by emailing continuingcommunitycare@gmail.com requesting this.
Lawful disclosure:
We will disclose your Personal Information where required to do so by law or in accordance with an order of a court of competent jurisdiction. We will also disclose your information if we believe that lawful disclosure is necessary to comply with the law and the reasonable requests of law enforcement or to protect the security or integrity of our Service.
Security:
The protection of your personal information is vitally important to us. We will strive to protect your Personal Information in all means reasonably required by us to do so. Medical Disclaimer
CCC does not accept any responsibility for any bodily harm that may arise during or after attendance on CCC hydrotherapy sessions.
Photo/Video Release: CCC will occasionally have photographs and/or promotional videos taken during sessions for use in print and electronic marketing materials including (but not limited to) brochures, advertisements, newsletters and the CCC website. CCC retains the full rights to use these materials in promoting and marketing all courses, workshops, future conferences and any other CCC events not mentioned herein.
Pregnancy Guidelines: In the first trimester Hydrotherapy sessions are not suitable. We would generally recommend hydrotherapy courses after the 1st trimester but on completion of a revised health questionnaire. We reserve the right to decline offering a place in hydrotherapy if health or safety of the client may be compromised.
Other: In the case of minimum course participant numbers not being achieved, CCC reserves the right to cancel programmes at any given time. In this event full refunds of the course price will be given.
CCC Products
Damaged or Defective Goods: We endeavour to supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage and notify us within 5 days if there are any problems. We will at our option replace the goods or refund monies paid by you.
Payment Options: CCC accepts Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and Solo cards and uses a secure payment system. Cheques can be mailed to us made payable to Continuing Community Care. Please print out your order and send with payment. Please allow seven working days for cheque clearance. Order Confirmations: Upon submitting an order you will receive an E-Mail order confirmation. Please check that the details contained in this email are correct. If there are any mistakes, please email us immediately or call us on 07950176113. In the unlikely event of us being unable to fulfil your order or part of the order, (due to having sold out of a selected item), or there being an error in your order we will advise you as soon as it is possible If payment has been made on an order that we are unable to fulfil we will notify you immediately and send the item as soon as we have it in stock.
Out of Stock: If an item is out of stock, payment can still be made for the item. If you have made other purchases and those items are in stock we will send the items to you straight away and the item out of stock will be sent separately at no extra charge once in stock.
Refund policy: Please note CCC are unable to accept returns or accommodate refund requests for any paper/hard back books. All other items that are neither damaged nor faulty can be returned at the customers discretion within 14 days of purchase. Once the return has been received a full refund will be issued.
