About Continuing Community Care

Continuing Community Care provides specialist rehabilitation services not typically offered by local authorities, with a core focus on hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, and physical recovery. Our programmes are designed to complement existing treatment plans—enhancing mobility, strength, and flexibility for those living with long-term conditions and chronic illnesses.

We go beyond clinical care. As a vital community hub, we play a key role in improving the overall health and wellbeing of individuals in recovery. Our work supports both physical and emotional rehabilitation, helping people take meaningful steps forward in their journey.

Our Services Include:

  • Hydrotherapy assessments
  • Group aquafit sessions
  • Group aquarobics
  • Tailored 1:1 hydrotherapy sessions
  • Fundraising and charitable community activities

Aquatic Therapy
Aquatic therapy is a structured hydrotherapy programme that harnesses the unique properties of water. Designed by qualified therapists, it is tailored to meet the individual needs of each person—whether physical, psychological, or both. These treatments are ideally delivered in purpose-built hydrotherapy pools by trained professionals, ensuring safe and effective care.

 Who We Are

Continuing Community Care – A Vision for Healthier Futures

Across all four quadrants of Greater London, the need for accessible hydrotherapy facilities is clear—and urgent. In response to this gap, Continuing Community Care (CCC) was established with a singular purpose: to bring a much-needed, fully accessible health and rehabilitation centre with a hydrotherapy pool to Croydon, South London.

In July 2023, we proudly became a registered charity (No. 1204035). Since then, we’ve been working tirelessly to support individuals living with long-term health conditions—helping them regain strength, improve mobility, and live more independent lives through specialist therapies and community-focused support.

At CCC, we believe in care that continues. Our mission is rooted in compassion, dignity, and the unwavering belief that everyone deserves access to the right treatment, at the right time, in the right place.

Together, we’re not just building a facility—we’re building hope.

Why Support Us!

Droplet Droplet
  1. Addressing Community Needs:
Croydon currently lacks a dedicated facility that focuses on rehabilitation for individuals with chronic health issues. This gap in services often leaves patients struggling to manage their conditions effectively. By creating a rehabilitation centre, we aim to fill this void and offer tailored support that empowers individuals to regain control over their health.

  1. Holistic Approach to Rehabilitation:
Our centre will not only focus on physical rehabilitation but will also incorporate mental health support, nutritional counselling, and wellness programs. This holistic approach recognises that health is multi-faceted and requires a comprehensive strategy.

  1. Hydrotherapy Pool:
A key feature of our facility will be a hydrotherapy pool, which is particularly beneficial for individuals with mobility challenges, arthritis, and other chronic pain conditions. Hydrotherapy can alleviate pain, improve mobility, and enhance overall well-being, making it an invaluable resource for our community.
