Cybex Aton 5 infant Carrier car seat continues to follow its predecessor’s success with unique safety features that look after your child in transit. The Linear Side Impact Protection (L.S.P. System) in conjunction with the energy absorbing shell help take the force of an impact away from your child.
A large XXL sun canopy, with UPF50+ sun protection, neatly folds away when not needed and the seat insert can be removed when a lie flat position is no longer required. An 8-height position headrest with integrated harness guides ensures that your child is always comfortable and correctly fitted into the seat. The sitting angle created by the new seating function makes sure that a small child lies with its head, neck and chest in alignment so preventing breathing difficulties or suffocation from the head falling forward.
Car Seat installation is done using the cars seat belt system or it can be fitted using a base (sold separately) for easier installing and removal of the car seat from your vehicle.
